On average, we spend 8.6 years of our lives on our phones. In collaboration with Danish network provider Telia, we launched a campaign to inspire people to reflect on the time they spend on their devices.

As part of the campaign, we created an interactive tool that allowed users to calculate how much time they’re likely to spend on their phones over a lifetime. By entering their age and daily screen time, Danes could get their lifetime estimate.

From TV to social media and online, the campaign sparked meaningful conversations about our screen habits and highlighted the impact of screen time in today’s world.
